Pre-booking is encouraged for all yoga classes and private sessions.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for private sessions to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may result in a non-refundable session charge.
Class passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Liability Waiver

By participating in any Sacred Rebels Yoga class, event, or workshop, you acknowledge that:

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity and inherent risks.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions to your instructor.
Sacred Rebels Yoga & Retail Shop and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, workshops, or events.

2.3 Studio Etiquette

Arrive on time and silence your phone.
Respect other participants’ space and energy.

3. Retail Policies

3.1 Order Processing & Fulfillment

All retail products are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Processing time varies and will be communicated at checkout.

3.2 Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. and select international locations.
Shipping times may vary; delays due to carriers are beyond our control.

3.3 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

3.4 Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
